Accounting Software Support Consultant / Application Support Advisor. A Bristol based accountancy software firm require an Accountancy Software Support Consultant / Application Support Advisor. The role will involve logging new support calls, monitoring the application support helpdesk queue, training, coaching and providing solutions for customers, resolving user queries, logging process requests, updating and managing the knowledge base and product testing. 

You will be tasked with:

• Logging and resolving new support calls reported via telephone and email
• Monitor Application Support helpdesk queue and respond to calls within SLA’s
• Training / Coaching / Providing solutions for customers remotely / possibly on site
• Resolving user queries regarding use of our applications
• Log and process requests for change / Enhancements
• Gathering requirements, documenting and answering clarifications
• Updating and Managing Knowledge base
• Testing of product
• Liaise with customers, departments, and ensure everyone is updated
• Own documentation and be uber organized
• Carry out remote consultancy

You will need helpdesk type experience or application support or software support.

You will need experience in accounting, probably have an AAT or similar 

The Accountancy Software Support Consultant / Application Support Advisor salary is £18-22k + benefits
