Service Support Administrator

A Bradley Stoke engineering firm need a Service Support Administrator to join the team. Working 8:15-16:45 Monday to Thursday and 8:15-16:15 on Friday, you will play a key role in customer service for the sales and operations teams, answering telephone calls, processing orders and quotes, producing reports, responding to emails, supporting the sales and service delivery teams providing excellent customer service. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Updating / creating Excel databases and schedules
  • Coordination of air and water laboratory samples to include logging, tracking, processing and reporting
  • Escalating queries, including positive sample results through appropriate channels
  • Liaising with customers, technicians and account managers on all aspects of reports
  • Administration of customer portals and databases where required
  • Interest in learning technical terms / processes associated with the business
  • Processing customer satisfaction surveys
  • Producing schematic / line drawings through Microsoft Visio
  • Answering and screening internal and external phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Assisting sales team with sales admin
  • Updating CRM system with accurate and relevant information on all customer and internal communication
  • Liaising with other departments
  • General admin assistance across the business

Experience required:

  • Solid administration and customer services experience
  • Proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word
  • Willingness to cover any area of the business when required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage busy workload and prioritise
  • Good team player

The salary is c. £22k + benefits
